How does Plan & Multiply work?

Plan & Multiply is a financial management app that helps you track your spending and reach your financial goals. It uses a budget envelope system to allocate your money according to your needs and priorities.

How do I add income?

To add income, tap the "Income" tab then the "+" button. Fill in the amount, select the category and date. You can also set it as recurring income.

How do I manage my fixed expenses?

Fixed expenses are managed in the "Fixed" tab. Add your recurring expenses (rent, bills, etc.) with the amount and frequency. The app will automatically alert you of upcoming due dates.

How do I use budget envelopes?

Budget envelopes are found in the "Variable" tab. Create an envelope for each spending category (groceries, entertainment, etc.), set a monthly budget, and the app will track your spending in real time.

How does custom allocation work?

Allocation lets you define the percentage of your income to assign to fixed expenses, variable spending, and savings. Go to allocation settings and adjust percentages according to your goals.

How do I manage multiple accounts?

The app lets you manage multiple accounts simultaneously. In the top bar, use the account selector to switch between your accounts or add new ones.

How does data sync work?

Your data is automatically synced across all your devices when connected to the internet. In offline mode, you can keep using the app and sync will happen automatically when you reconnect.

How do I export my data?

To export your data, go to the app settings, then the "Data" section. Choose the export format (CSV, PDF) and the period you want.

Is the app secure?

Yes, we use end-to-end encryption to protect your data. Your financial information is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password". Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to you to create a new password.
